We're a 23-year-old office equipment repair company staffed by senior technicians only.
We were motivated to reach out to the business public with this web page after we discovered how much Xerox or their agents charge to send a technician to service one of their copiers when it is out of warranty and the service call is billable. We service copiers, fax machines and laser printers for more than 30% less than the factory dealers for the other manufacturers, but more than 50% less than Xerox and their agents.

While many of you may prefer to have your equipment serviced by an organization which is authorized by the Xerox Company, you should know that it may not make any difference if the Xerox model you have is one of the tens-of-thousands of pieces of equipment, sold in this area alone, which was manufactured FOR Xerox by several different well-known copier manufacturers.
If your Xerox copier or Xerox multi-function unit is a table-top machine, then there is a 90% chance that it is really manufactured for Xerox by someone else. These are the only Xerox models that we would be interested in servicing. We have all of the service manuals and servicing experience on the equivalents of these machines as well as a stock of or ready access to the replacement parts.
We charge $105 for the first full hour after the technician has arrived. The $105.00 is a repair charge. That means that there is no charge just for coming. There is no additional charge if we have to come back a second time with a part that we didn't have on the first trip and we still discount the parts. We don't get paid until the work is completed!
